Even for tooling built and run elsewhere, you can depend on Omaha Steel to handle transferred patterns. We can convert any style of tooling to run on our equipment. And we gladly restore or repair any existing patterns you may have, bringing them back into usable condition.
Your tooling is an investment, and we go to great lengths to ensure proper storage of them. We keep all of your patterns on-site in a dedicated 30,000-square-foot building. Tooling storage is well organized, and every record gets maintained and backed up electronically. We can locate, retrieve, and produce castings using your patterns at any time via company name, part name, or part number.
Omaha Steel also helps you upgrade or replace your obsolete patterns. For keeping costs in check, we can even use partial patterns by expertly replacing the missing portions.
Need reverse engineering but don’t have any existing data? No problem. We will develop new drawings and CAD files for your approval. You’ll also have the opportunity for making changes or improvements before new pattern construction.
