Job Position: Data Entry

DEPARTMENT: PRODUCTION

Wages: Hourly | Shift: First | Reports to Foundry Manager

Seeking a self-motivated individual to assist with complex data entry for inventory project. The ideal candidate must have excellent attention to detail and computer skills. Knowledge of ERP systems a plus but not required. The work will be repetitive, but each job will be a bit different. We need an individual who will ask questions and never make assumptions. This position helps us to lay the foundation of success in the future to glean better insights into our costs and profits.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Compile data from multiple sources
  • Check for detail & inconsistencies while collecting data
  • Inputting data into multiple screens of ERP system & Excel
  • Run reports as needed
  • Must perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Skills 

  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Skilled MS Office user. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Must have solid communication skills, conducting themselves professionally.
  • Must have reliable attendance, willing to work flexible hours, & work well with others.
